    The whole council meeting played out like a free commerical for the two private providers. Each allowed their own five minutes and then almost exclusively requestioned during council questions to ensure that they could take more children and that they wouldn't turn away special needs kids. And the mayor says there's no advertising in council chambers. The two companies stand to profit quite a bit from the closures when families are looking for new providers.
