A 26 year old man was shot and killed by Winnipeg police after he failed to comply to put his knife down. But first they tried tasering him, and when that failed, they resorted to shooting the suspect. Details are still forthcoming on this subject so not a lot has been released.

My thoughts? WTF....police shoot and kill for failure to comply, but sit around for hours and negotiate with a sick fucker on a bus that decapitates and eats body parts from his victim? Why the hell didn't they shoot that sicko on the bus? Now I understand that when police tell you to do something, you should do it, else whatever happens next can be your own damn fault, but unless this guy actually lunged at or tried to attack the police, why was he shot? I guess I am just pissed that some mental asshat who killed an innocent young man will get to live out his days in a cushy jail cell or a mental institution for his grisly killing, while this man, who brandished a knife got wasted.
