I attempted to update my site a few hours ago but ran into some issues. Although I had made backups of my site, the database backup somehow didn't complete properly and when I tried to restore my site to before the update, it failed because the database wasn't proper. I have lost all my posts since April of this year and although I am pissed there isn't much I can do but start posting again. Oh well, anyhow always remember to check your database before doing anything to your site.
